Job Details Location: 1520 Cooper Point Rd SW Suite 330 - Olympia, WA 98502 Salary Range: $16.60 - $25.00 hourly Full-time | Competitive salary + lucrative bonus structure Job type: Full-time Work location: In person Job Summary As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI's and speak to financial acumen Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background) Strong sales background preferred Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Established history of managing multiple direct reports Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Growth mindset is key Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize key performance indicators to drive positive business performance Places the guest first; coaches associates to connect with guests, builds brand loyalty and establishes a loyal guest base through behavior, product presentation, and service Self-motivated, go-getter, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the brand Leads and inspires by example, regularly encourages fact-based solutions, and celebrates the success of others Has an open and flexible schedule Can communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions Can learn and operate a POS system Can climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally Can stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift Benefits (subject to eligibility) Competitive base salary + monthly performance bonuses Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Generous benefits package, including 401k with match, health, vision, dental and more Discounts on waxing services and retail products Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive, empowering, and inclusive work environment Perks Daily Pay Employee Assistance Program Team Member Assistance Fund Culture Committee - Have fun while being the best Referral Bonus - Generous incentive to hire all roles Why Join European Wax Center?
