Shift Details:

• 12-Hours Shift

• Nights, Weekends and Holidays

• 36 hours work week

Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical / Pediatrics RN

RN Duties & Responsibilities:

• RNs will be working with newborns, infants, school age children, adolescents and young adults.

• RNs are responsible for providing care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment with various injuries, acute and chronic illnesses, or recovering from surgery and various health conditions.

• RNs will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate medical records, collaborate with healthcare providers, and educate patients and families. ** **

**Minimum Qualifications **

• Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA RN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of one (1) year recent Medical-Surgical/Pediatric nursing experience in a community-based acute care hospital.

• AHA BLS Certification

• MAB or CPI

• LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)

• Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
