Responsibilities: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, allocating resources and personnel as needed to achieve efficient and effective maintenance operations Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime Collaborate with facility management to integrate maintenance activities with other facility operations, ensuring seamless and efficient operation Participate in budgeting and cost control efforts, ensuring maintenance operations are conducted within budget parameters Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating pricing and services to ensure optimal value Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members to improve skills and productivity Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality #J-18808-Ljbffr Avir at Brownwood
