Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with students, teachers, and families
  • Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic techniques for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech/language assessments and interpret evaluation results for students referred or identified as needing services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions individually or in groups, addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to monitor progress and support student learning
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
