We are a fast-paced, high-volume independent insurance agency seeking an ambitious, client-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

In this role, you will work directly with our existing clients and incoming prospects, helping them secure the right coverage while delivering exceptional service throughout the life of their policies. You will leverage our extensive carrier network to review risks, identify coverage gaps, remarket policies when appropriate, and recommend customized insurance solutions for both commercial and personal lines customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Retention: Service our existing client base while identifying opportunities to expand coverage, cross-sell additional products, and convert incoming prospects into long-term clients.

Coverage Reviews & Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.

Carrier Marketing & Placement: Work directly with our network of insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes, remarket accounts, and secure the best available coverage options for our clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, policy reviews, renewal management, and assistance with endorsements and coverage changes.

Renewals & Account Growth: Manage policy renewals and retention efforts while identifying opportunities to improve coverage and strengthen client relationships.

Market Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of commercial lines, personal lines, and specialty insurance products to provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations.
