Job Description:
As a Real Estate & Wealth Advisory Manager, you will support real estate expansions and Wealth Advisory business initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and conduct analysis as needed.
Responsibilities:

Lead real estate expansions, restacks, seat-sharing initiatives, and relocations.

Coordinate initiatives with Corporate Real Estate and business partners.

Manage initiatives from design through implementation, creatively solving problems and completing supporting analysis.

Support broader Wealth Advisory strategic priorities as needed.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.

Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
-
Ability to independently lead initiatives and work through ambiguity.
-
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
