As a Security Officer - Concierge Access Control in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a corporate property location, you will conduct routine bike patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using technology to document security-related information. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: At least six months of security-related experience is required. Must be able to ride a bike. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
