What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution while ensuring deadlines are met
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates
• Gather, request, review, and organize medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and other case documentation
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case
• Assist attorneys with demand packages and case preparation
• Organize, scan, file, and maintain correspondence and case files
• Schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 1-5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, compassionate, and patient when interacting with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• A genuine desire to help people and make a positive difference during difficult times
• Experience as a legal case manager or in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Location & Hours

• Job Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Work Arrangement: In-Office
• Office Locations: Baraboo (Main Office), Sun Prairie, Madison, Eau Claire
