• The PM will manage mid-sized TI and renovation projects and must be able to pivot quickly between assignments.

Description
• Manage TI, renovation, and select ground-up commercial projects
* Oversee schedules, budgets, and project documentation
* Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
* Prepare detailed project lists with scope, location, and financials
* Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle

Profile
• 5-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
* Mix of ground-up and TI/renovation project delivery
* Proficient in Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera
* Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
* Strong communication skills and ability to represent the firm

Job Offer

Salary range: $100,000-$125,000
