Geriatric PACE Physician - Primary Care for Frail Adults

NeighborHealth

A large community health center in Boston is seeking a full-time physician to provide primary care services to frail older adults within the Neighborhood PACE program. The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and work in various settings including clinics and nursing facilities. Certification in Internal or Family Medicine is required, with geriatrics certification preferred.
