Manicurist

Responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing high quality nail services and maintaining spa standards throughout all procedures.

Possess knowledge of the spa's manicure and pedicure treatments and the products used, their benefits, and ingredients and be able to communicate these to guests.

Provide excellent nail services to all spa guests as well as grow guest requests for services.

Follow all established treatment protocols for the proper and consistent execution and do so within specified timelines and without deviation.

Assists guests with retail product selections and educate them on correct use.

Meet or exceed retail goals.

Notify spa desk personnel of service upgrades and / or changes.

Display professional appearance and conduct at all times with both guests and other team members.

Maintain equipment, supplies, and work related area in accordance with room standards on a daily basis.

Assist in training of nail services to new employees.

Complete all established checklists, housekeeping items, stocking of stations.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Perform any and all duties assigned by management.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

One year of experience in a similar position at a high end spa environment preferred.

Successfully completed cosmetology training at a recognized cosmetology/nail technician school.

Must be able to work flexible hours and occasionally carry, push or pull items up to 20 lbs.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
