Legal Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, law students, summer associates, and legal professionals.
• Partner with hiring attorneys and leadership to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified legal candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, feedback, and offer processes.
• Support law school recruiting, including OCI, resume collections, callbacks, and offer tracking.
• Participate in summer associate and campus recruiting, including law school visits, OCI, job fairs, networking events, and related travel.
• Manage and support the Summer Associate Program , including planning events, coordinating assignments, tracking feedback, and supporting evaluations.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and other legal talent acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of legal recruiting experience required .
• Must have experience supporting or managing a Summer Associate Program .
• Strong understanding of law firm recruiting, law school hiring cycles, OCI, callback interviews, and campus recruiting.
• Experience with attorney, law student, and summer associate recruiting.
• Willingness and ability to travel for campus recruiting, OCI, law school events, and related summer associate recruiting activities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
