Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and help assigned departments meet their goals. Ensure targets are met during shifts and support departments in achieving overall objectives. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule, and passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
