Director of Fund Development & Donor Strategy

The Salvation Army USA in Alexandria, VA seeks a senior Director of Fundraising within the National Community Relations and Development Department to advance SAWSO's domestic fundraising strategy through donor engagement, campaign development, data integrity, reporting, and cross‑department coordination in support of global humanitarian priorities.
You will manage SAWSO donor portfolios, oversee Salesforce CRM data, prepare briefs for NCRD leadership, and coordinate national campaigns.
