A commercial landscaping company is searching for a Maintenance Director to join their team in Lewisville, TX! They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of commercial maintenance production experience to oversee several key departments, including construction, maintenance, irrigation, and hardscape/subcontracting. Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000 DOE
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage four key departments: construction, maintenance, irrigation, and hardscape/subcontracting
• Report to the Director of Operations, leveraging their extensive company experience
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and addressing weather-related changes
• Handle crew shortages and efficiently redistribute resources
• Coordinate the annual maintenance schedule
• Provide guidance to managers and staff for contractual obligations
• Focus on retaining contractual maintenance through quality production
• Act as a superior to the account manager and handle escalated client calls

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of commercial maintenance production experience
• Proficiency in scheduling and routing
• Bilingual skills are preferred
• Management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with an agricultural background or relevant certifications as a plus
