Restaurant Managers oversee daily operations in a full-service dining environment, reporting to the General Manager and ensuring an exceptional guest experience, consistent service standards, and effective team performance. This is an opportunity to join an iconic brand established in 1967 with a proven track record of success and a renowned reputation in Houston and beyond. The role includes responsibility for daily sales and labor tracking, with opportunities for progression to General Manager.
**We are hiring for both assitant managers and General Manager. Pay range for assitant manager $45-$55 K plus bonus, pay range for GM $60-$75K plus bonus.**
Responsibilities
- Prepare staff schedules to support efficient daily operations.
- Supervise shifts and coordinate front- and back-of-house activities.
- Build positive guest relationships and address service concerns.
- Maintain established service standards across the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory and support effective product control.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Train, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
- Track daily sales and labor performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management.
