Own the end-to-end recruitment process for education roles across West Yorkshire Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, ensuring their staffing needs are met Drive business development to grow your client base Source and attract top-tier candidates using innovative strategies Engage with clients and candidates in-person and remotely, building trust and long-term partnerships What we’re looking for: Proven 360 recruitment experience (minimum 18 months), ideally in education or a related sector Strong sales and business development skills A strategic approach to candidate attraction and client retention Confident communicator who is target-driven and goal-oriented Passionate about building a career with a reputable and established brand Full UK driving licence (essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
