Veterans Case Manager: Elevate Homeless Vet Services

Paycom - ATS

WestCare Foundation in Visalia is seeking a dedicated case manager to support veterans experiencing homelessness. The role focuses on coordinating services, maintaining records, and guiding clients through education and community resources.

You will assess needs, link to VA and local programs, and facilitate group sessions while ensuring timely documentation and follow-up. This position requires collaboration, professionalism, and a compassionate approach.
