Treasury Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Treasury Management to lead treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. This leadership role is responsible for developing treasury strategies that support long-term financial stability while ensuring efficient cash flow management, strong internal controls, and effective risk mitigation. The position offers the opportunity to influence financial strategy while leading a small team and partnering closely with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute treasury strategies that support organizational growth and long-term financial sustainability. Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and daily cash management activities. Oversee banking relationships, account structures, and treasury services while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate investment-related cash activity and maintain appropriate liquidity to support business operations. Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor treasury-related financial, operational, and fraud risks while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Support audits and treasury-related financial reporting. Prepare treasury reports, financial analyses, and recommendations for executive leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals while collaborating with cross-functional departments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). 6+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, cash management, financial operations, or corporate treasury. Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury strategy. Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury systems, ERP platforms, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze financial data and support strategic decision-making. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. CPA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.
