Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management concerns, and grief.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's needs and wellness goals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

• Engage with clients using tools such as messaging, audio/video interactions, and customized worksheets to facilitate meaningful dialogue and therapeutic progress.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with industry regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current independent LPCC license in good standing with relevant state boards.

• A dependable internet connection, along with an operational computer—please note that tablets are not permitted for telehealth sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
