How you'll make an impact in this role

• Review medication orders to ensure safe, accurate, and effective therapy for every patient.
• Compound and dispense medications with precision to ensure timely delivery of essential patient treatments.
• Collaborate with care teams to provide clinical pharmacy expertise and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless operations and high standards of service.
• Provide patient education to empower individuals in effectively managing their medication health.

What minimum requirements you'll need

License/Certification/Registration:

• Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Hospital Experience
• IV Certification
