Develop and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to individual needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document any changes in residents' conditions. Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and family members. Provide support and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed records in the medical documentation system. Participate actively in care conferences to discuss resident progress and needs.
