Join our team as a Radiologic Technologist & Patient Access Specialist, where you'll play a unique dual role supporting both clinical imaging services and front-end patient access operations. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy patient interaction, and are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.In this role, you will help create a seamless healthcare experience by coordinating patient access functions, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and performing diagnostic imaging procedures that support timely and accurate diagnoses.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Access & Clinic OperationsProvide exceptional customer service while serving as a primary point of contact for patients.Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and financial intake activities.Facilitate efficient patient flow and optimize provider schedules.Assist patients with questions, appointment coordination, and navigation of healthcare services.Troubleshoot and resolve patient care concerns related to scheduling, communication, and social determinants impacting access to care.Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Diagnostic Imaging ServicesPerform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.Operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.Prepare examination rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications necessary for imaging procedures.Educate patients about imaging exams and address questions or concerns to promote a positive patient experience.Maintain patient safety, radiation protection standards, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.ARRT registered or registry eligible; must successfully obtain registry certification within six months of graduation and maintain active registration thereafter.Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire; certification must be maintained as a condition of employment.Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or private practice clinical setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients of all ages.Ability to operate computer systems for patient registration, scheduling, documentation, and image management.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to address patient access and care coordination issues.Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance both radiologic and clinical support responsibilities in a dynamic environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient positioning and transfers.Why Join Our Team?Make a meaningful impact by supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.iUtilize both your techncal imaging skills and patient-centered service expertise.Work in a collaborative environment that values quality, safety, and compassion.Be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.What You'll BringYou are a compassionate healthcare professional who combines technical excellence with outstanding customer service.
