Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and current SLP license required
• Demonstrated experience with pediatric or school-based speech services
• Previous supervisory experience or a strong interest in mentoring others
• Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapy strategies
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and support to 1-3 SLPAs to ensure effective service delivery
• Oversee the planning and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Conduct periodic observation sessions and offer constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with all state and district clinical guidelines
• Partner with school staff, administrators, and families to foster a collaborative environment
• Maintain thorough progress documentation for each student
