Field Merchandiser

Company Overview T-ROC (The Revenue Optimization Companies) is a technology and innovation-focused organization that supports retailers with data-driven, technology solutions to enhance sales opportunities and customer engagement. Position Summary Field Merchandiser – responsible for maintaining kiosks for a large gaming company, ensuring inventory and appearance, troubleshooting, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Drive between local retailers to replenish kiosk inventory. Report kiosk placement, deficiencies, and issues to leadership. Maintain kiosks, perform basic troubleshooting, and update planograms. Build and sustain professional relationships with retailers. Prepare kiosks for appearance standards (clean, dust‑free, defect‑free). Load and unload inventory from local warehouse to retailers using company fleet vehicle. Respond to dispatch calls and work order system during scheduled shift. Keep interior and exterior of kiosks clean, paint, and restore as needed. Secure inventory and lock kiosks properly. Perform administrative tasks: work tasks, product orders, fix‑it tickets, logging activities, mileage, meal breaks, hours worked. Duties assigned as required. Qualifications Attention to detail with multiple product lines and varying sales rates. Self‑motivated, reliable, and flexible to adjust inventory replenishment pace. Ability to thrive in virtual training and hands‑on learning environments. Strong analytical, organizational, multi‑tasking, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient with tablet use and basic data entry. Effective communication and collaboration with others. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior field experience preferred (inventory replenishment, kiosk/display maintenance, warehouse stocking). Additional Requirements Legal age to rent a car in the assigned jurisdiction. Valid driver’s license and compliance with MVR check. Must carry or maintain auto insurance that meets T-ROC minimum coverage. Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. Work in a stockroom/warehouse setting that involves moving machinery and typical bending, crouching, standing, and walking. Benefits Professional development and career growth.
