• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year experience unless specified in title/description 2. Cases: Level II maternity unit with Level 1 nursery; admit babies >35 weeks gestation; gestational hypertensives, pre-eclampsia, twins, diabetics, TOLAC's and low risk patients 3. Certifications: AWHONN Advanced, BLS, NRP, STABLE required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Yes during low census, may have one on-call shift/pay period; weekends required every other weekend; 1:1 patient ratios days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between perm and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with dates and locations 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color for most units; OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
