The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, redesigning, and continuously improving the HR structure, systems, and policies to ensure they align with the organization's mission and goals. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, championing core values, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing HR team, overseeing talent recruitment and retention, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and growth.
