Centro del Corazon isn't a place or a physical building, but a proactive effort within the Heart and Vascular Institute to help reduce heart disease risk factors among Hispanics, educate about good heart health, and more. Through additional Spanish-speaking caregivers and partnerships with existing groups, we can raise the bar for Hispanic heart health in our community. This is a Full-time opportunity to join the Centro del Corazon care team at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest located in Allentown, and call schedule is shared with the team.
