Your future role at a glance Location: Buda,Texas Facility: Ascension Health Center Buda Department/Specialty: Primary Care Schedule: Full time | Monday-8am-4:30pm How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with our high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety. Drive the success of individualized patient care plans by continuously monitoring progress and adapting interventions to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring seamless communication across all specialties for a unified healing experience. Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning from day one, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients and families are prepared for a safe and confident transition home. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed. What additional requirements you'll need Clinical Proficiency: Demonstrates foundational knowledge in primary care and internal medicine, with a strong readiness to transition into professional practice as a new graduate.
