We are seeking a Front Office Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Full Time Monday- Thursday 645am-515pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and direct them accordingly as needed.

• Register Patients. Ensure all information is accurate and up to date. 

• Process referrals.

• Electronic Scheduling/Book appointments.

• Collecting money over the counter.

• Medical record requests.

• Sending invoices for payment to accounts payable. (patient billing statements)

• End of day balancing and reporting; balancing petty cash.

• Faxing and Filing and performing any other duties assigned.

• Following OSHA guidelines

• Maintaining a professional and therapeutic environment 

Requirements:

• Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service are key.

• Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
