About the Position

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: OR Tech / Surgical Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 hours (14:00 - 22:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience with travel or 3 years without travel License: Current certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Certifications: CST certification required Must-Have: Experience in liver and kidney transplant procedures is required Description: We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with transplant experience in liver and kidney surgeries. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 10:30 PM with additional on-call responsibilities. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a surgical environment or three years without travel experience. Applicants should live at least 100 miles from the facility. This role entails assisting during surgeries, preparing and maintaining the sterile field, and collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety. Strict compliance with facility requirements is essential. Candidates must be prepared to work during specified holiday periods if they occur during the assignment.
