Job Title: Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean parts thoroughly to prepare them for processing.
• Operate a sandblaster safely to clean and prepare metal components.
• Perform mechanical assembly work using hand and power tools while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect parts for defects, damage, or quality issues and report findings.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of production or assembly experience.
• Proficiency in safely using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The environment is not climate controlled , so temperatures vary with the seasons. Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. , with occasional overtime required to support production demands.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Algona, IA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Algona,IA.
