As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and financial performance of your restaurant.

You will:

• Lead and develop the management team
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
• Manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain employees
• Build strong management bench strength
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Analyze restaurant performance and take corrective action
• Ensure consistent execution of operating procedures
• Create a positive, accountable restaurant culture
• Develop plans to achieve sales and profit goals

Required:

• Previous McDonald’s General Manager experience
• Proven success operating a high-volume restaurant
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L and key performance metrics
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing managers
• Strong labor and cost control skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced QSR environment
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work a flexible restaurant schedule, including weekends
