Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and monitor responses in accordance with physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing advanced life support as needed.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid California RN license with active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system proficiency.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and nights.
  
  
• 
  Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
