On-call info: On-call required if requested - on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB and HH experience required
Skills
- Current Nursing License in the Practicing State
- Valid Drivers License
- Current CPR Certification
- Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
