The Psychotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, supporting residents’ overall well‑being and adjustment to medical and life changes. Work Schedule Monday‑Friday, 40 hours/week FLSA Classification Full‑Time, Exempt Compensation The hiring range for this position is $70,000–$90,000 , with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses; candidates may also choose between a base salary structure or a variable compensation plan (commission), which may provide higher earning potential. Position Summary Vitae Health is seeking a qualified Psychotherapist to provide mental health services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The Psychotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, supporting residents’ overall well‑being and adjustment to medical and life changes.
