• Dialysis treatment initiation and monitoring
• Post-dialysis procedures and access care
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Infection control and sterilization procedures
• Troubleshooting machine alarms (blood pump, conductivity, pressure, etc.)
• Symptom management for complications such as hyperkalemia, hypotension, and fluid overload

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (NY or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Previous Charge Nurse or Team Lead Experience (Required)
• Outpatient and Chronic Dialysis Experience (Required)
• Experience running a 4-patient POD independently
• Epic Charting System familiarity preferred
