The Medical Receptionist serves as the welcoming first point of contact for patients and supports efficient clinic operations through attentive front-desk administration, accurate information handling, and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in and front-desk support.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Verify insurance information and eligibility.
- Maintain and manage medical records.
- Process patient payments accurately.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments and clinic information.
- Coordinate referrals and support overall clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in medical front-desk administration.
