This position offers the chance to be a part of a vibrant and friendly team, dedicated to providing outstanding food and service in a fast casual dining environment.### Duties and Responsibilities* Greet customers and take food and beverage orders* Operate cash registers and handle various types of payments* Communicate order details to the kitchen staff* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms* Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints* Assist in food preparation and packaging* Comply with all food safety regulations and restaurant policies* Participate in inventory control and restocking of supplies* Help in setting up and closing procedures of the restaurant### Requirements* Reliable, positive attitude and demonstrates honesty and integrity* Exceptional customer service skills* Effective communication skills* Respectful to both colleagues and customers* Ability to work well in a team environment* Adaptable and willing to fill multiple roles within the restaurant* Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting* Must be legally authorized to work in the USA* Flexible scheduling availability* Experience in fast food or fried food environments is preferred* Detail-oriented and professional demeanor* Previous customer service experience in a similar role* Must have reliable transportation* Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older**Starting wage: $15.00 per hour****Benefits*** Paid holidays* Quarterly bonuses based on attendance, audit scores, and revenue* Health insurance available for FT members**Disqualifiers*** Evidence of illegal drug use.* Demonstrated unprofessional behavior or a consistent negative attitude.* Inability or willingness to accept direction to constructive feedback.* Due to the public retail nature of our work, applicants with criminal histories involving violent offenses (such as assault, domestic violence, or similar crimes or theft-related convictions may not be eligible for employment.Apply
