Head of School (Montessori Director) — KatyLead the Movement to Reinvent Education

Guidepost Montessori is looking for a bold, driven leader to become our next Head of School in the Katy area — and help build something extraordinary along the way.

• Director-qualified credentials
• Leadership experience in early childhood education

• A genuine passion for getting education right through Montessori pedagogy

• Hands-on teaching experience in an early childhood education setting
• Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
• Familiarity with the Montessori method — or a Montessori certification
