Emergency Physician AI Trainer

Position: Emergency Medicine Physician (MD)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $150$170/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time

Role Responsibilities

Review ED clinical documentation and patient charts for accuracy completeness and clinical soundness.
Evaluate AI-generated ED summaries against expectations of a practicing emergency physician.
Annotate clinical encounter data following detailed guidelines.
Flag omissions hallucinations clinical inaccuracies and documentation gaps in AI-generated output .
Provide structured written feedback for engineering and product teams to act on.
Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

MD with a completed Emergency Medicine residency
Board-certified in Emergency Medicine with 23 years of practice as a board-certified ED physician
US-based

Preferred

Prior AI/ML annotation or model evaluation experience
Experience synthesizing patient charts into ED arrival summaries
