Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Support Clerk to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position helps ensure efficient daily office and production operations while supporting communication between staff, management, and customers.
Job Duties:
Maintain daily production, attendance, and timesheet records
Assist with payroll processing and office documentation
Organize and maintain office files and operational records
Support communication between staff, management, vendors, and customers
Assist with routine product quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Report discrepancies or operational issues to management
Provide general clerical and administrative support to office and production teams
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office programs
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively with team members
Previous office, clerical, manufacturing support, or administrative experience preferred
