Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Previous experience working in school-based settings, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong understanding of assessments, IEP processes, and therapy planning for children ages 5 to 11
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Flexibility and organizational skills to effectively serve across two school locations

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students ages 6 to 11 in elementary settings
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and speech interventions
• Supporting students’ IEP goals and documenting progress accurately
• Collaborating with educators, special education staff, and parents to support student success
• Providing direct therapy and group interventions onsite to help students develop stronger communication skills
• Facilitating a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment in both school locations
