Home-Service Sales Specialist

In-Person Sales Representative (Seasonal) Happy Lights of Miami installs custom holiday lighting for South Florida's top homes. We're hiring a hungry, coachable salesperson to run in-home quotes this season. No sales experience needed. We'll train you A to Z, including a full NEPQ-based sales process. What you’ll do Run warm, inbound appointments booked for you by our setters. No cold calling. Quote and close residential lighting projects (average ticket ~$2,500) at high-end homes across Miami. Follow a proven process, take coaching daily, and stay active with the team on Slack. What you’ll earn Base pay + 5% commission on everything you close + partial gas reimbursement. Realistic range of $30-$70+/hour. Strong reps close 50% of appointments in November. What we need Fluent in English and Spanish. Polished and professional: well-groomed, well-spoken, comfortable in luxury homes. Coachable. You want feedback and act on it. Flexible schedule and a real appetite for hours during peak season.
