Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Healthcare Customer Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, efficiently resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a high-velocity environment. Key responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
