We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to help build a strengthened Fixed Ops department and make a real impact in a dealership with a long‑standing reputation and a future‑focused team. Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off Family‑owned values in a stable, team‑oriented environment Climate‑controlled, well‑equipped shop with the latest diagnostic technology Supportive leadership invested in growing our service department Dedicated technicians to streamline your workflow A culture of continuous improvement and technician support Well‑established customer base Continuous training and certification opportunities What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for express customers, assisting with service inquiries and appointment scheduling Recommend services and repairs based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidelines Provide accurate estimates and follow through on the completion of services Communicate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing concerns Build long‑term customer relationships and foster loyalty What You Bring Sales experience in a fast‑paced environment; dealership experience preferred but not required Experience selling maintenance products such as BG or MOC or other products is preferred Set and pride in your work Strong communication and computer literacy Ability to multitask and problem‑solve GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus – not required Benefits Include Competitive pay based on your experience.
