Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of recent cardiac nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of dedicated PICU experience (no floating experience accepted).
• Strong experience caring for critically ill pediatric cardiac patients.
• Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
• BLS
• PALS
