Manage grants, government contracts, allocations, and compliance reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyses. Lead annual audit preparation and support Form 990 reporting. Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes. Monitor budget-to-actual performance and develop financial forecasts.Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of accounting and financial management experience. 5+ years of nonprofit accounting or financial leadership experience. Experience managing government funding, grants, and contract compliance. CPA preferred. Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar accounting systems preferred.
