We are currently looking for a talented Cashier to join our team. The Cashier provides excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments 

Meet safety and sanitation standards . Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations 

Works well in a team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collects cash/checks or processes charge payments for guests
• Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during work shift
• Greets guests as they enter
• Answers the phone and cleans as necessary
• Sets up cash drawer and follows security procedures
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be pleasant, personable, and friendly
• Must exhibit a sense of urgency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and others
• Must be able to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours
