The Operations Director at Chick-fil-A at Frederick North delivers operational excellence, fosters personal growth of its Team Members, and delivers quality customer experiences. The Operations Director reports directly to the Restaurant Owner/Operator and develops all Managers and mid-level leaders on the leadership team. The Operations Director sets the standard for operational excellence and leads by example.About Us: Located an hour north of Washington DC in Frederick, Maryland. Chick-fil-A Frederick North is owned and operated by Dwight Sones. Dwight has served as the Owner/Operator of this restaurant since its grand opening in October 2017. Prior to his seven years as an Owner/Operator with Chick-fil-A, Dwight was blessed to serve our Nation as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. Of his 26 years of service, 17 were spent in the flying community as an Evaluator, Instructor, Trainer, or Trainee. Dwight has been able to transition his experience and leadership serving our country to propel Chick-fil-A Frederick North into a chain-wide leader in operational excellence.
